The Yamaha Exciter 270 sports two, 135 horsepower, three-cylinder, 1131cc Yamaha marine engines with dual 155mm Hyper-Flow pumps and three-blade, stainless steel, progressive-pitch impellers. Fueling these awesome powerplants are six 44mm Mikuni carburetors that provide excellent throttle response throughout the total RPM range. The Exciter is also equipped with variable oil pumps that provide a more exact oil and fuel mixture at all speeds. Dual pump inlets provide unmatched straight-line performance and excellent hook-up when cornering. All told, this high-performance package delivers unmatched power with up to five people aboard or when pulling a water skier.

The Exciter's 34-gallon fuel tank, with seven-gallon reserve, and Yamaha's loop-charged engine design mean that this new powerhouse is ready for a long day of water fun. Yamaha's exclusive jet pump clean-out ports allow the operator to easily clear any debris without leaving the boat.
